Vagus Magic came to me one day after a very active day. I had just run a mile, and felt my body somehow "talking" to me!

I had an immediate need to lie down flat and became aware of a powerful light behind my eyes. I felt "waves" throughout my body and was told that the vagus nerve was now to be upgraded. I knew something about the vagus nerve before, but this revelation was impressive to say the least. My body felt completely electric and I felt stronger mentally, spiritually and physiologically. The words just flowed through my mouth, and fortunately I was able to record on my phone. Facts about the vagus nerve came out that I didn't know beforehand, and I was channeled a guided healing meditation live.


Why stimulate the Vagus?

The vagus nerve is a key component of the body's complex network of nervous systems. This nerve pathway extends from the brain throughout the body, and plays a crucial role in regulating many important bodily functions.


Known as the longest of the 12 cranial nerves, the vagus nerve has a significant impact on autonomic functions such as heartbeat, breathing, digestion, and metabolism. It operates as a bridge between the two main parts of the autonomic nervous system - sympathetic (fight or flight response) and parasympathetic (rest and digest response).


One of the vagus nerve's most notable properties is its role in promoting relaxation and stress reduction. When activated, it sends signals to the body that can slow the heart rate, reduce blood pressure, and promote overall physical and mental balance.
