VOICE IS IN NORWEGIAN: Susanne invites her guides and helpers to help you fall asleep faster and recover your body, soul and mind more deeply. The goal is to give you more quality sleep, so that you can feel more rested. She uses tools such as the "sleep dome" to direct the energy to the areas of your body that need it to optimize your sleep quality. This healing meditation has relaxing background music with binaural beats in frequency 4 Hz delta waves which are very beneficial for sleep. The sleep healing meditation can be used daily or as needed. It can be combined with other healing meditations.

Duration: 40 minutes (31 minutes healing meditation and 9 minutes of music only)

I perioder av livet mitt har jeg slitt mye med søvn. Det er en vond sirkel å komme ut av. Jeg har hatt mye tankespinn når jeg har lagt meg for å sove, og da er det bare å sette på denne healingmeditasjonen for å få sovne raskt 💖 Helt fantastisk 💫

Våkner ofte på natten er komt i overgangsalderen.
Iblant kan jeg sovne godt etter å ha hørt på søvn healing.
Men får en veldig god avslapping.
