Inner peace only takes 5 minutes and can be done in the morning to give you a good start to the day.
I recommend stress management at least 3 times a week for 3 weeks.
Sleep is used daily at bedtime.
Sleep is included so that the power from stress management can be integrated more deeply during the first night.
NB: We recommend everyone listen to "Protection" at least once a week. This is to protect the energy field in the process.
