VOICE IS IN NORWEGIAN: After a turbulent period in my life with various challenges, I was lovingly reminded by my guides of the importance of finding balance in body, soul and mind. I was told to channel a new guided healing, specifically aimed at balancing the nervous system, and I share it with a desire to help you achieve the same peace and harmony that I received. After this channeling, I felt much more balanced and uplifted, and now I wish the same for you!
What is the nervous system and why is it important?
The nervous system is the body's control center, controlling everything from movement to thought through a network of signals. It consists of the central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord) and the peripheral nervous system (the nerves that run through the body). Through electrical impulses, the nervous system coordinates everything we do. When it is in balance, we handle stress better, experiencing calm and harmony. However, imbalance can lead to problems such as anxiety, depression, sleep problems and chronic stress. That's why it's important to regularly restore balance, especially during challenging times.
How is the nervous system related to spirituality?
When the nervous system is calm, we open up to deeper states of presence and awareness. Spiritual practices such as meditation, yoga, and mindfulness are all aimed at balancing the nervous system. When this system is in harmony, we can more easily experience a deeper connection with ourselves and the universe, and feel more meaning, calm, and inner peace.
In this guided healing meditation, we work to restore this balance – we focus on releasing blockages, calming nerve signals and bringing the body back into harmony. This gives you the strength to face everyday life with greater calm and to manage stress in a healthy way, while achieving a deeper connection with your spiritual self.

In this channeling, we receive powerful support from Aurora, two beautiful archangels, and other representatives from the “blue team.” Aurora brings light and clarity, and helps us release stagnant energy. The archangels provide us with protection, strength, and healing, while the blue team works to calm the nervous system, bring calm, and strengthen the inner balance necessary for both physical and spiritual growth.
Together they help us release stress, calm overactive thoughts and bring the body back to its natural state of harmony. Through this healing, the goal is that we can better handle challenges, achieve deeper presence and feel a stronger connection to our inner self and what is sacred to us.

Har flere av Susannes healingmeditasjoner og bruker dem relativt ofte. Merker at jeg faller lettere i søvn etter jeg begynte med dette, og sliter jeg en kveld med søvnen er det bare å sette på en meditasjon så sovner jeg fort.
Nervesystemet meditasjonen er nydelig å høre på selv om jeg ikke får hørt den ferdig fordi jeg som regel sovner.
