Downloading files

After payment, links to download files will appear on the website. In addition, you will receive an order confirmation and a separate email with links to download files. The number of downloads is limited, so please note where the files are stored on your device.

After payment, links to download files will appear on the website in a separate frame marked "Download your files here"

At the bottom of the browser, a small blue arrow will appear, indicating that the file has been downloaded. Tap it to bring up the menu. Then tap "Downloads"

Your files should then appear here:

If you can't find your files, here are some tips:

iPhone

Scroll all the way to the right until you see the search box. Type "files". An icon with "Files" will then appear. Tap this

In "Files" Search at the top for "Downloads". A new folder with "Downloads" should then appear. This is where your Healing Meditations will be located.

Google Chrome

Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the browser. Select "Downloads". The downloads folder will then open and your files will be located there.

Windows

Go to file explorer. Tap on the "Downloads" folder
